Welcome to working hours system.

This application allows you to keep track of the hours you worked and overtime calculation.

After entering your hours for each day, press Calc button 

You will be able to track:

Total hours worked  daily, weekly, monthly.

Regular hours worked,

Overtime hours worked,

Overtime pay,

Regular pay,

Total pay for worked hours.   

          

Setting Button

You need to set one time the regular hour salary (hourly wage) and the number of regular working hours per day.

                        

Default Button

This button set the overtime to default values of the system. 

The default setting for example: 

For the first two hours after the daily regular hours (overtime level 1)  you will be entitle to 125 percent per hour,

after those hours you will be entitle to 150 percent per hour (overtime level 2).

The same with working on your rest day: 

150 percent for regular hours working on rest day.   

175 percent for overtime level 1 on rest day.

200 percent for overtime level 2 on rest day.

You can edit all overtime parameters values (percentage) and change the default setting according to your contract terms of work.

                  

Main Screen

Please edit each worked day: The start time and The end time.

After typing the start and end time, click Calc button.

         

Export / Excel Button

This button creates excel file and exports all the selected month data by email. 

It is recommended to do this at least once a month at the end of each month for monitoring and backups.

The excel file will be maintained on Worker library .

With this application -  it's easy to track your monthly salary, easy to manage and check your wage entitlement and more easy to check the account manager!

सेटिंग बटन

आप एक समय नियमित घंटे वेतन (प्रति घंटा मजदूरी) और प्रति दिन नियमित रूप से काम के घंटे की संख्या निर्धारित करने की जरूरत है.

                        

डिफ़ॉल्ट बटन

इस बटन प्रणाली के मूल्यों डिफ़ॉल्ट करने के लिए अतिरिक्त समय निर्धारित किया है.

उदाहरण के लिए डिफ़ॉल्ट सेटिंग:

दैनिक नियमित घंटे (अतिरिक्त समय स्तर 1) के बाद पहले दो घंटे के लिए, प्रति घंटे 125 प्रतिशत करने के लिए समर्थ बनाना होगा

उन घंटे के बाद आप प्रति घंटे 150 प्रतिशत (ओवरटाइम स्तर 2) को समर्थ बनाना होगा.

अपने बाकी दिन पर काम करने के साथ ही:

बाकी दिन पर काम नियमित रूप से घंटे के लिए 150 प्रतिशत.

बाकी दिन पर अतिरिक्त समय स्तर 1 के लिए 175 प्रतिशत.

बाकी दिन पर अतिरिक्त समय स्तर 2 के लिए 200 प्रतिशत.

आप काम के अपने अनुबंध की शर्तों के अनुसार सभी ओवरटाइम पैरामीटर मूल्यों (प्रतिशत) संपादित करें और डिफ़ॉल्ट सेटिंग बदल सकते हैं.

                  

मुख्य स्क्रीन

प्रत्येक काम दिन संपादित करें: प्रारंभ समय और अंत समय.

प्रारंभ और अंत समय टाइप करने के बाद, कैल्क बटन पर क्लिक करें.

         

निर्यात / एक्सेल बटन

यह बटन Excel फ़ाइल बनाता है और ईमेल द्वारा सभी चयनित माह डेटा निर्यात करता है.

यह निगरानी और बैकअप के लिए कम से कम महीने में एक बार प्रत्येक महीने के अंत में यह करने की सिफारिश की है.

एक्सेल फाइल कार्यकर्ता पुस्तकालय पर बनाए रखा जाएगा.
